These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to enquiries and services provided by LF Roofing & Driveways Ltd. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time.
• Where a site visit is required, any estimate is provisional until we assess the job in person.
• Additional work may be required once works commence (e.g., hidden damage). We will discuss changes with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
• Prices may be affected by material availability, supplier costs, and changes requested by the customer.

Bookings, Callouts and Access

• Appointment times are estimates. Roofing and external work can be affected by weather, daylight, and site conditions.
• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work area.
• If parking permits, site permissions, or access arrangements are required, please inform us in advance.

Emergency Works

• Emergency callouts are subject to availability and conditions on the day.
• Response times cannot be guaranteed.
• Emergency work may be limited to making the situation safe/watertight until permanent repairs can be completed.

Deposits, Payments and Invoices

• For certain jobs we may request a deposit to secure materials and scheduling.
• Deposits may be non-refundable where materials have been ordered or time reserved (this will be explained at the time of booking).
• Payment terms will be confirmed on your quote or invoice.
• Late payments may delay completion or result in additional administration costs where applicable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
• Where materials have been ordered or non-recoverable costs incurred, these may be chargeable.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Guarantees and Warranties

• Any guarantees offered will be set out in writing and may be subject to conditions (e.g., maintenance, fair wear and tear).
• Guarantees do not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, third parties, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Photography and Marketing

We may take before/after photos for quality records and marketing. We will avoid showing personal items and identifying information where possible. If you do not want photos used publicly, please tell us in writing before work begins.

Website Use

• Website content is provided for general information only and may be updated without notice.
• You must not misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses that are indirect or consequential. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
